• Fraud prevention specialists and bug bounty hunters reporting security vulnerabilities.

Minimum Age & Capacity: You certify that you are at least 18 years of age and possess full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements. Access is strictly forbidden to unauthorized state actors or rogue syndicates.

3. ABSOLUTE PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Under no circumstances shall you use AllOsintTools to:

• Stalk, harass, intimidate, extort, or dox any citizen, minor, or public figure;
• Conduct unauthorized surveillance or track individuals without lawful authority or consent;
• Engage in SIM swapping, banking fraud, OTP interception, phishing, or financial theft;
• Bypass technical safeguards, reverse-engineer proprietary security layers, or disrupt infrastructure;
• Harvest data in bulk for sale on dark web marketplaces, forums, or commercial brokers;
• Target protected numbers, government dignitaries, defence personnel, or critical infrastructure.

4. IN-MEMORY PROXY ARCHITECTURE & ZERO LIABILITY

No Independent Database: AllOsintTools does not host, curate, maintain, or own private citizen records. All query responses are fetched ephemerally in real-time from publicly indexed, open-source, or third-party web endpoints.

Zero Storage Policy: Requests are processed in volatile system memory (RAM) and decrypted solely inside the client's local browser via AES-256. No search history, logs, IP records, or dossier files are ever written to disk or transmitted to external servers.

Disclaimer of Accuracy: Third-party databases may return cached, unverified, or outdated data. AllOsintTools provides no warranty regarding accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information displayed.

5. USER INDEMNIFICATION & LAW ENFORCEMENT COOPERATION

You hereby agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AllOsintTools, its developers, operators, and contributors against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, fines, penalties, and legal expenses arising out of or related to your use, misuse, or illegal deployment of the tools provided on this portal.

In the event of a valid court order or statutory directive issued by competent Indian law enforcement authorities under lawful process, AllOsintTools maintains a posture of full constitutional compliance.
